Handcrafted ceramic baby weaning bowl
The moment when your child can begin to eat solids for the first time is both exciting and terrifying in equal measure!
What could make the experience even more special still is by having some lovely little weaning bowls to eat from. The first foods, whether using purees or baby led weaning, will fit in these little bowls beautifully, and are a perfect size for on your baby's high chair or in the palm of your hand.
Holds just the right amount of mashed banana, or baby porridge, or cucumber sticks, or whatever your baby is eating for their first food experiences.
They work equally well as a little snack dish for raisins, or berries, for older toddlers and children. Or equally, would work really well as an olive dish or similar, for your plastic free kitchen!
These plastic free weaning bowls are handmade from earthenware clay, meaning that they are durable. They are hand glazed with speckled oatmeal glaze, and are dishwasher friendly (although I advise against putting them in the freezer).
These are hand thrown pots using traditional methods on a potter's wheel. They are each made individually by hand by ceramic artisan Jenny Morrish of Epple Bay Ceramics in Kent, UK.
All items are handmade and hand glazed, so may vary slightly in shape, size and colour.
