Last weekend I went to Glastonbury Festival with Finn, my brother and sister-in-law. Finn currently aged 18 months! I must say just taking a toddler to Glastonbury was a challenge enough without having to consider being plastic free too. But I decided we needed to try! Glastonbury made it easier this year to go plastic free by offering Water Aid stations throughout their massive site, and therefore across Glastonbury more than a million single-use plastic bottles were avoided. I'm learning about plastics every day. I admit to not being an expert certainly, and being guided by those who have worked with plastics their whole careers. Indeed, my business mentor for Plastic Free Baby has been Jim Fletcher (Fletcher Business Solutions) who has worked in the plastics industry for a great deal of his working life. Today, Finn my 17 month old "helped me" put up our ChildHome Wooden Clothing Stand Tipi  With Finn getting bigger, his clothes were starting to outgrow the drawers that his teeny weeny baby clothes used to fit in, so this product seemed a perfect addition.  It was really easy to put together, even with assistance underfoot from Finn. Have a look at the photos below of us putting it together! Of course the cardboard box that the Clothing Stand was delivered in made a perfect car park for all Finn's toy cars!! ha ha.
